Orders and Shipping
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days for standard shipping. For expedited shipping, delivery times may vary, but you’ll receive an estimated delivery date during checkout.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
Creating an account with HOSTACK is quick and easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Sign Up page on our website.
- Enter your email address, create a password, and provide the required information.
- Click Create Account.
Once your account is created, you can manage your orders, save shipping addresses, and access special promotions and discounts.
To update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@hostack.net. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any delays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to check the status of your delivery.

No, we do not store your credit card information. When you make a purchase, we use secure payment processors to handle transactions, and your credit card details are never stored on our servers. We prioritize your privacy and security, so you can shop with confidence.
Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and local tax laws. If applicable, the sales tax will be added at checkout, and you’ll be able to see the total before completing your order.
We currently ship to many countries around the world. To check if we ship to your location, simply enter your shipping address during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, please contact us at contact@hostack.net, and we will look into the best options for you.
In most cases, your items will be shipped together in one package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items or large furniture pieces, they may be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking information for each package so you can monitor their delivery status.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at contact@hostack.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and an authorization number if necessary.

We apologize for the mistake! If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team at contact@hostack.net as soon as possible. Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and assist with returning the wrong one.

We’ll take swift action to resolve the issue by offering either a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
